FAQ
Short answers to common questions about QUANTIX, subscriptions, data, and platform usage.
Common questions
Is QUANTIX a signal service?
No. QUANTIX is an analytics workspace. It visualizes flow, liquidity, and market pressure. You make the trading decisions.
Which markets does the platform focus on?
The platform focuses on crypto markets and exchange-driven order flow, with a strong emphasis on futures, liquidity, and liquidation behavior.
If QUANTIX focuses on futures, why does spot matter?
Spot markets are where real capital changes hands — no leverage, no contracts, just direct asset ownership. This makes spot the foundation for price discovery: sustained directional moves originate from spot buying and selling pressure, while futures amplify those moves through leverage. When a large spot buyer accumulates, the resulting price shift forces leveraged futures traders to adjust their positions, compounding the move. QUANTIX tracks both layers so you can distinguish genuine directional conviction in spot flow from short-term leveraged speculation in derivatives.
What is included in PRO Analyst?
PRO Analyst costs $60/month and unlocks the core trading workspace: live charts, order-flow indicators, heatmaps, widgets, and saved layouts.
Why does the PRO Analyst plan cover 90% of a professional trader's needs?
The plan provides real-time market data from Binance, which is the world's largest and most liquid cryptocurrency exchange. As the primary source of global liquidity, Binance acts as the anchor for price discovery across the entire industry. Due to high-frequency cross-exchange arbitrage, order books and price levels on other venues are constantly pulled inline with Binance to close any spreads. Therefore, analyzing Binance order flow provides a comprehensive view of overall market direction and liquidity movement, covering the vast majority of trading setups.
What is different in ELITE Trader?
ELITE Trader is a planned $110/month tier for institutional workflows. It will include advanced liquidation, anomaly detection, and priority features. It is not available yet.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A one-month free trial is available before choosing Lite or PRO Analyst.
What is Lite?
Lite is the entry paid tier at $35/month. It provides essential analytics and market context, but excludes the advanced liquidation and anomaly stack.
Does QUANTIX store historical market data?
Yes. The backend stores historical candles, footprint data, liquidation events, and market-depth records.
Can I use custom layouts?
Yes. The platform supports workspace layouts, allowing you to organize charts, widgets, and analysis views around your specific process.
Where should I start?
Read About to understand the product. Use Pricing to select an access level. Review this FAQ before launching the platform.
Product and workflow
Do I need to be an advanced trader to use it?
No, but QUANTIX requires a serious approach to market structure. Beginners use the workspace to learn, while experienced traders use it to track liquidity, delta, and funding.
Can QUANTIX replace my exchange terminal?
QUANTIX focuses on analytics. Use it alongside your execution venue to build context before placing orders.
What is the main workflow?
Open a chart, apply order-flow and liquidity indicators, track supporting widgets, and save the layout as a repeatable workspace.
Does the platform work for scalping?
Yes. The DOM, footprint, delta, depth, and anomaly tools immediately highlight current buying/selling pressure for short-term execution.
Data and indicators
What kind of data does QUANTIX use?
QUANTIX ingests exchange market data: trades, candles, order-book depth, funding rates, and liquidation events, powering derived analytics.
Are indicators meant to give direct buy or sell signals?
No. Indicators provide structural context. They reveal where liquidity rests, whether buyers or sellers are aggressive, and if volume supports price movement.
Why do some tools focus on liquidation and liquidity?
Crypto markets react violently around leverage and liquidity. These tools identify exact zones where price will accelerate, stall, or reverse.
Billing and access
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Changing your active subscription immediately adjusts your feature access.
Why does local development mention mock checkout?
Local development uses a mock provider to safely test billing flows. Production checkout uses the actual crypto payment provider.
Which plan should I choose first?
Start with the Free Trial. Choose Lite for basic access, and PRO Analyst for the core terminal. ELITE Trader will cover advanced workflows upon release.
