When you use our website, we collect the minimum amount of necessary information:

• Registration Data & Profile: To create an account, we collect your email address. If you authenticate via third-party providers (e.g., Google), we may also collect your display name and profile picture. This information is used solely for your identification and account recovery.
• Security & Connection Logs: We log your IP address, device information (User-Agent), and approximate location (Country/City) during authentication and API usage to prevent abuse, secure your account, and manage trial access limitations.
• Crypto Payments: When subscribing via cryptocurrencies, we do not collect or store traditional billing information (no credit card numbers on our servers). We only process public wallet addresses and transaction hashes interacting with our payment processor.
• Platform Preferences: We securely store your workspace settings, charting layouts, and customized indicator presets in our database to synchronize your trading environment across devices.
• Error Tracking: We use error tracking (GlitchTip). This processes technical identifiers and is not anonymous, though we never use it to build advertising profiles. It serves strictly to improve platform stability and monitor service health.

[ 02 ] Use of Cookies and Local Storage

We only use strictly necessary storage.

• Strictly necessary: First-party cookies and browser local storage required for the site to function — your session, language, workspace layout, chart settings and interface preferences. These carry no consent choice, because without them the platform cannot work.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your data with advertising networks.

[ 03 ] Integration of Third-Party Services (KLineChart)

To provide financial charts and analytical tools, our website uses the Advanced Charting Library provided by KLineChart. In connection with this integration, the following conditions apply:

• Personal Information: KLineChart does not expect to receive or process any Personal Information of our users in connection with the provision of its services. However, the parties acknowledge that technical data sharing may be necessary for the proper operation of the services.
• Usage Data: KLineChart may collect, use, and disclose anonymized or aggregated technical or usage data ("Usage Data") relating to the use and performance of the services. This data is collected to improve KLineChart's offerings and will not be disclosed in a manner that can be used to identify you or any individual.

We and our partners (including KLineChart) are committed to complying with applicable Data Protection Laws at all times. Depending on your jurisdiction, the processing of your email and technical data is carried out in consideration of regulations such as:

As a user of QUANTIX, you have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access and Correction: You can request a copy of the information we hold about you (primarily your email) or update it via your profile.
• Right to Deletion: You have the right to request the permanent removal of your account and all associated personalized settings. This can be done instantly through the "Danger Zone" in your Account Settings.
• One Exception to Deletion: If you have used the free trial, we keep a single marker after your account is deleted. It is an irreversible cryptographic fingerprint of your email address and IP address — the original identifiers cannot be recovered from it, and it is linked to nothing else. Its only purpose is to prevent the free trial from being claimed more than once, and it is used for nothing else. The free trial is available once per person.
• Data Portability: You may request to receive your registration data in a structured, commonly used format.

We maintain appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for the protection of the security, confidentiality, and integrity of your email address and personal data.
